Here at RC4, we are all about the informal education, as much as the formal. Learning occurs outside of the seminar rooms too! For instance, the college recently invited 2 speakers to share their experiences and expertise with our residents, under the Cognitio Tea series. The college had the honor of hosting the Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Bilahari Kausikan, who spoke in a talk titlgapore in an Uncertain Wor Kausikan shared about the need for Singaporeans to build resilience to survive and succeed in today s unpredictable society. In addition, our residents explored their creativity, and allowed their imagination to run wild in a series of workshops, where renowned professionals from the literary scene in Singapore were invited to share their insights. Of significance was the play-writing workshop, where we had the celebrated local playwright, Mr Alfian Sa at, guiding our residents to craft their own short plays. P.S. applications to RC4 are still open till this Thursday (27/04)! Do consider joining our family, and enriching yourself with the formal and informal learning opportunities, as well as the multi-disciplinary perspectives we seek to provide. There is absolutely no limits to what you can explore here, which is why RC4 is definitely the #RC4U. 😊
