Massive congratulations to the following NUS Engineering alumni who were honoured for their achievements and contributions at the prestigious NUS Alumni Awards 2017 last night: Mr Wong Ngit Liong (CEO and Chairman of Venture Corporation, former chairman of NUS Board of Trustees from 2004 to 2016) for being conferred the Eminent Alumni Award; Ms Betty Tsai (Associate Scientist at R&D, Procter & Gamble), and Mr Jeffrey Tiong Jee Hui (Founder and CEO of PatSnap) for being recipients of the NUS Outstanding Young Alumni Award. This year, NUS presented the Outstanding Young Alumni Award to a team for the first time. Mr Lucas Ngoo Cheng Han, an NUS Engineering alumnus and a co-founder of Carousell, received the award with his partners, Mr Quek Siu Rui and Mr Marcus Tan Yi Wei (who are both NUS Business alumni).
