The Youth Leadership Training Camp came to a close yesterday. This year it saw 80+ CCA leaders trekking/bashing through the muddy terrain to the summit of Bukit Air Papan, braving rain clouds and sun to cross Jason s Bay over swells and breaks, cooking lunch with whatever they could carry with them, climbing coconut trees, abseiling off a cliff and building rafts. All in the name of working together to discover their leadership style as well as experiences they can bring back to share with their own CCAs. Their journey as CCA leaders at NJC has just began.
