Sixty years ago my father was a teenager and a new immigrant in 1950s London. He used to sneak into Foyles every Saturday, sit on the floor and teach himself English. Yesterday, he returned to pick his son’s novel off the shelf.

It was an awesome trip to the zoo last week. The children loved learning more about the animals they have been interested in at KU and we hope they have come home to tell you lots of stories about their zoo adventure.
We had a dress up day at our preschool today. All the children were dressed in their favourite costumes. We had vampires, witches, Ghosts, Spider man, superman, batman, fairies and many more. All the children enjoyed talking about their costumes and showing off to their friends. We all had so much fun today! We would like to say a big thank you to all the parents for supporting us.

A conversation with Khenpo Ngawang Dhamchoe on the pitfalls of getting it wrong.
Meditation should not be used to simply calm the mind ; to go into a deep state of relaxation. Of course there are techniques for this kind of meditation, but calmness without insight is not very useful. In other words it will not dilute our habitual tendencies.
Please join us on Tuesday 24th October 2017 at 7pm for an evening of discussion as we question why and how we are meditating.
Cost is $18.00
